After 2 years of Covid, our client BSNC Corporation Berhad was finally able to have their physical AGM again this year. This was mostly to the delight of the shareholders who attended the AGM personally or by their proxy. Best of all, they were able to collect their door gift, see old friends and even attended a free buffet lunch at the hotel where the AGM was held. Our company secretarial team from Eurogain Secta was on duty to facilitate the smooth running of the AGM and it was a great success.
