Position: Account and Admin Assistant
• Handle of Full Set of Accounts for company and outsource bookkeeping client works.
• Handle of Accounts Receivable, payables, General Ledge, payment Vouchers and Report.
• To handle daily accounting functions including Bank Reconciliation, Receipting, Invoices, and other related transactions.
• Assist the manager in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements for according to financial guidelines.
• Prepare monthly and year end closing activities, including prepare monthly financial reports for company and outsource accounts works.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and data integrity of all financial data.
• To perform any other duties & responsibilities as and when necessary, at ad hoc basis.
• Assist the Manager on outsource payroll, HR and other related work.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Fresh graduate from accounts and finance background that possess the right attitude is encouraged to apply.
• Preferred at least minimum 1-2 years experiences in related field.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Knowledge with SQL and MYOB accounting system will be an added advantage.
